Thanks to the International Reporting Project, I’ve been selected as the first fellow to report from the English-speaking Caribbean. As a 2017 fellow, I’ll be reporting from both Belize and Guyana on issues related to human rights. You can check me out in Belize now and in Guyana mid-August.
My final projects will appear as part of Across Women’s Lives over at Public Radio International, where I am currently an editor and reporter for the Global Nation platform. In the meantime, you can stay up-to-date on my journey right here!
This is my second international reporting fellowship, I was also the first fellow selected to report from the Anglophone Caribbean with the International Center for Journalists. You can check out more from that project here.
I’ll be posting plenty of updates throughout my travels so stay tuned! And thanks for checking out Live From Kenya!
